Initiate your return material authorization request.

An RMA is required if you wish to ship any material to our facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, these situations:
Warranty Repair or Replacement • Non-Warranty Repair • Return for Credit • Failure Analysis & Evaluation

All Non-Warranty repairs are assessed an initial evaluation fee of $184 per hour or $92 for half an hour.
Charges will be communicated to customer for approval prior to repair being performed.
